Postage and Refunds

We use 1st Class UK postage for all orders. Please select this option if you are in the EU too, but please bear in mind that your order may take a little longer as we have to do this manually at the post office.  For orders outside Europe, please use the collect on door option.

We post all ticket orders using a postage stamp, and a plain white window envelope. We have found franking and adding messages on the envelope only draws attention to the contents of the envelope, and we only lose about 1 in 2000 envelopes in the post. Sometimes the envelope will be hand written if we are sending duplicate tickets or your order was processed entirely manually.

From time to time we accept that you may be unable to attend an event due to unforseen circumstances, and in most cases we will offer a full refund of the ticket price(less postage/admin costs - approx 1.50). If you lose your tickets, please let us know as soon as you can so we can cancel them and issue new tickets. If you lose printed tickets on the way to the event, your name will still be on the master door list, but please be aware, that if your tickets have been used by someone else, there may be a delay while the promoter tries to find the person who used your tickets to gain entry. Usually the box office area is covered by CCTV cameras, so finding the person who used your tickets is quite easy !
