We process all ticket orders manually, and you will initially get a basic confirmation email with your order details, followed by another email with details of how to collect your tickets, or details of when they were posted. We try to do this within 24hours, but at busy times this may take longer. You may also get a confirmation email for your payment.

You can log into your account at http://www.eeetickets.com/tickets/account.php which will show any new confirmation details.

All EEEtickets staff are ticket buying gig goers, so we appreciate your frustration and annoyance when things go wrong. Because of this we like to think we offer first class customer service and can fix any anything

I haven't received a confirmation yet ? - Please check your span/junk mail folder for email from tickets@eeetickets.com or info@eeetickets.com

I don't have a Paypal account ? - You don't need one :-) We use Paypal for all credit/debit card payments because it protects your payment up to 500 per order. If you don't have a Paypal account click "CHECKOUT AS A GUEST" or "I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT" to use any debit or credit card.

On my Account it says: Order #1234 (Pending) - "Your ticket is guaranteed, we just haven't manually sent you a confirmation yet."

Hey, I bough a ticket and used the details from my Dad's Paypal to create an account and now I'm guessing the tickets will be in his name? I'm collecting them on the door and I wondered if this would be a problem? - "It might be, although the door staff are aware that this sometimes happens, and providing you have the details and some ID it should be OK. However, if you prefer, just let us know and we'll fix it"

Hi, is there any reduction in booking fees when placing multiple orders? "Yes. If you buy more than 10 tickets we usually give you a free ticket, or give you a partial refund."

You have made a mistake in my order, and now I'm panicking ! - "Please dont panic !!! We sometimes make a mistake(about 1 in a 1000 times), but very quickly fix them too."

I cant get the payment to work ! - "This sometimes happens about 1 in a 10,000 times, and Paypal are looking for a solution. We can get around this by sending you a payment request separately... Please ask :-)"

I can't get to the gig because ....... "In most cases we'll give you a free ticket to another gig or a full refund, depending on the circumstances"

Please ask, we can always say no, but usually say its a yes :-)
